Topaz has been in business since 1991. It provides construction services to Property Managers, Limited
Partnerships, Syndications, and Hedge Funds. We go anywhere we are needed in the United States and Central
America. We do not operate in Canada.
We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Cypress Tree International Inc, an Investment Real Estate Firm incorporated in Panama and headquartered in Belize, Central America. Most of what we do at Topaz is closely connected to Cypress Tree projects.
